Important Update: Online Booking Availability from 1st October

From the 1st October, following Government guidelines and GP contract requirements . There will be changes to the way our patients book for appointments.

From 1st October, all surgeries must operate a Total Triage system. As part of this change, we are required to keep online booking systems open throughout the entire working day.

🕗 Opening Hours for Online Booking: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
❌ We will no longer close the system during the day or redirect all patients to phone lines.

This change is intended to:

• Ensure fair and equal access to all patients throughout the day
• Reduce the pressure on phone lines
• Improve the patient experience and access to care

Please help us by using the online system where possible. If you’re unable to access it, our team remains available via phone and in-person support.
